Fresh Salsa

 

1 28 oz (828 ml) can of Diced Tomatoes

1 5 oz (156 ml) can of Tomato Paste

3-4 Large Ripe Tomatoes, peeled and diced

3 Tbs. Jalapeno, diced

¾ c. Spanish or Red Onion

3 tbs. Fresh Cilantro, chopped

2 tsp. fresh chopped Garlic (about 2 Cloves)

3 tbs Olive Oil

3 tsp. Salt

1/6 Red Wine Vinegar

 

Use a blender, food processor, or other tool to puree the tomatoes.  Dice the jalapenos, onions, garlic, and cilantro to desired fineness with a blender or food processor.  Mix it all together.
